Do I need prior experience with breathwork or somatic movement?

None at all. Flow State Sessions are fully accessible whether this is your first breathwork journey or you've been exploring these practices for years. Our facilitation meets each person exactly where they are.
What does the theme 'Liberation' mean for this session?

Liberation invites us to explore what we're ready to put down — held tension, inherited stories, the armour built to survive. It's not a concept to analyse; it's a felt experience to move through together.
What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable, layered clothing you can move freely in. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you have one (extras provided), a water bottle, and an open mind. Some like to use eye masks during the breatkwork portion.
Is this physically demanding?

The somatic movement sections invite you to follow your body's own intelligence — nothing forced or choreographed. Breathwork is done lying down (or sitting if you prefer). No fitness requirements, and rest is always honoured as part of the practice.
