I'm a former and long time member of DESERT DWELLERS. These releases were co-produced with Amani Friend and Sahuna Love (Shamans Dream)
Former member of SHAMANS DREAM
I performed live with the Shamans Dream World Groove Ensemble for many years, while Sahuna and I co-produced notable studio albums such as Kerala Dream.
Dance Dream Dance, and The Four Elements were co-produced by Amani Friend (Desert Dwellers) and also feature Akal Dub.
Formerly of LIQUID BLOOM
I co-produced the early Liquid Bloom releases with Amani Friend. The original Heart of the Shamans was actually commissioned by Amani's mother, Darma for her healing practice. We then worked to adapt those songs into an album with and without guided meditations by Darma.
SOUNDCLOUD:
Improvised Yoga Flows
One of my most favourite things to do is take my laptop, my instruments and my voice into a yoga class and improvise soundscapes that fit the flow of movement, breath and meditation occurring spontaneously in group practice.

Below are some of my most cherished recordings from such events, where the chemistry with the teacher and the presence of the students combine to create a rich tapestry that inspires my creativity.
Ecstatic Dance DJ Sets
One of my first passions was to play my guitar with DJ's in the Southern California collective known as Moontribe. It was there that I also became a DJ in my own right and then quickly found myself yearning for more dance floors to play on. Especially ones that embraced self-care and had elements of what I loved most about the global yoga culture I was a part of.

This need was not mine alone, and it's part of what drove Ecstatic Dance to grow out of the rave scene. Drug + alcohol free dance floors that embraced and supported DJ culture. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Below are some recordings of favourite sets of mine, as I've spent the past 15 years traveling all over the world bringing my unique blend of live instruments, vocals and DJ techniques to rock the people.
Devotional Songs + Prayers
This is where I get to express my heart wanderings when I'm recording live or in the studio and really just praying, and offering gratitudes to life for bringing me so many gifts through music. They're often raw, vulnerable, tender and help soften my heart when it needs softening.

Most of them are one-takes meaning I haven't edited them, or over-produced them in any way, because that's the way prayers need to feel for me - true to the moment, and not some future promise of perfection.
